This procedure will reset the device to factory settings
Format SD card
Download zipfolder to computer.
Unzip folder G4KDVR30.20210924.V20
Copy FW96670A.bin onto the formatted SD card.
Insert the SD card to the dash cam.
Power on the dash cam.
It will automatically update. 
Wait up to 2-3 mins.
Once you hear the dash came starting it up that means it's finished.
